About Your Facilitator
Tracee Kafer is a certified movement and creative expression facilitator with over 13 years of experience designing and leading somatic and transformational group experiences and a lifetime of studying dance and movement in the body. Since 2020, she has been intensively training in Family & Systemic Constellations through immersive study and mentorship, including multi-year trainings with Jane Peterson, PhD, Bill Mannle, LMFT, and facilitation labs with Leslie Nipps & Sarah Peyton.
Tracee is also the creator of Finding Your Freestyle, a free movement and creative inquiry platform that has supported thousands of individuals through classes, workshops, and retreats in personal expression, body connection, and movement exploration.
Her work invites people into deeper relationship with who they are—beneath conditioning, performance, or survival.
What is Family & Systemic Constellations?
Constellations is a systems-based therapeutic approach that reveals the hidden dynamics shaping our lives, health, and relationships. Much of modern healing insists that “everything you need is within you”—that we are self-contained islands. Constellations shows us something different:
We are not isolated individuals—we are part of living systems.
We are born into systems (like family), and move through countless others—cultural, ancestral, organizational, social.
We are deeply influenced by what came before us, by the people and systems we’re connected to, and by the unresolved stories and loyalties we carry, often unconsciously.
Constellations work invites us into a larger perspective—one where healing, growth, and change are not solely internal, but deeply relational and systemic. It can illuminate where love or life energy has gotten stuck or interrupted, and support soul-level movements toward more sovereignty, connection, and vitality.
Through this work, we open space to:
Reveal the often-invisible entanglements we inherit from our family systems
See more clearly what’s been operating beneath the surface
Restore flow where love or energy has gotten stuck
Untangle from burdens that were never truly ours to carry
Move forward with more clarity, compassion, and choice
My Facilitator Stance:
I place an emphasis on the body (sensation, feeling, etc.)
I create a space for curiosity and the experience happening underneath the story
I aim to hold spaces where people feel heard, seen, and treated as an adult
I value going slow, taking breaks, and respecting the capacity of the group
