Family & Systemic Constellations

In-Person Constellations Circle & Workshop in NYC
Saturday April 4th, 2026 | 12:–5:30 PM

A constellation circle for thawing and change.

Many of our stuck places aren’t personal failures — they’re systemic patterns doing their job for as long as they needed to.

And not all beginnings announce themselves. Some arrive as subtle shifts— less resistance, more breath, a feeling that something is no longer holding the same way.

This early spring constellation circle invites attention to the places where the system is already loosening. Together, we’ll honor what has completed and listen for what wants to move next, without urgency or demand.

Join us for an enlightening event where we will delve into the world of Family & Systemic Constellations.

You are warmly invited to a 1/2 day Family & Systemic Constellation Circle in New York City. This gathering will serve as an introduction and practice space for the therapeutic modality of Family & Systemic Constellations, offering you an opportunity to experience this work in a grounded, accessible, and heartfelt way.

I’ve trained in Family Constellations since 2020 with teachers like Jane Peterson, PhD, Bill Mannle LMFT, Leslie Nipps, Sarah Peyton, and many more. I’ve integrated this work with movement and embodiment practices for over three years as a way to help people more deeply meet themselves and their relationships. This in-person circle is a space for us to explore together, with no prior experience necessary.

This is for you if you're curious about:

  • How your challenges might be connected to something bigger than you

  • Releasing inherited patterns or entanglements

  • Finding greater ease, love, and energy in your body, life, and relationships

  • Belonging—within yourself, your family system, and the larger systems you're a part of

This workshop is a gentle but potent introduction and good place for current practitioners to represent and be in the field.

We’ll explore emergent and template constellations, embodied exercises, and systemic principles, with invitations to deepen your relationship to yourself and, if relevant, explore an issue that’s present for you or for the group. Participation is flexible and choice-based, within a supportive group field where personal insight contributes to collective clarity and transformation.

Bring an open mind, and know that everything we explore serves as only as an invitation, not an obligation.

About Your Facilitator

Tracee Kafer is a certified movement and creative expression facilitator with over 13 years of experience designing and leading somatic and transformational group experiences and a lifetime of studying dance and movement in the body. Since 2020, she has been intensively training in Family & Systemic Constellations through immersive study and mentorship, including multi-year trainings with Jane Peterson, PhD, Bill Mannle, LMFT, and facilitation labs with Leslie Nipps & Sarah Peyton.

Tracee is also the creator of Finding Your Freestyle, a free movement and creative inquiry platform that has supported thousands of individuals through classes, workshops, and retreats in personal expression, body connection, and movement exploration.

Her work invites people into deeper relationship with who they are—beneath conditioning, performance, or survival.

What is Family & Systemic Constellations?

Constellations is a systems-based therapeutic approach that reveals the hidden dynamics shaping our lives, health, and relationships. Much of modern healing insists that “everything you need is within you”—that we are self-contained islands. Constellations shows us something different:
We are not isolated individuals—we are part of living systems.

We are born into systems (like family), and move through countless others—cultural, ancestral, organizational, social.

We are deeply influenced by what came before us, by the people and systems we’re connected to, and by the unresolved stories and loyalties we carry, often unconsciously.

Constellations work invites us into a larger perspective—one where healing, growth, and change are not solely internal, but deeply relational and systemic. It can illuminate where love or life energy has gotten stuck or interrupted, and support soul-level movements toward more sovereignty, connection, and vitality.

Through this work, we open space to:

  • Reveal the often-invisible entanglements we inherit from our family systems

  • See more clearly what’s been operating beneath the surface

  • Restore flow where love or energy has gotten stuck

  • Untangle from burdens that were never truly ours to carry

  • Move forward with more clarity, compassion, and choice

My Facilitator Stance:

  • I place an emphasis on the body (sensation, feeling, etc.)

  • I create a space for curiosity and the experience happening underneath the story

  • I aim to hold spaces where people feel heard, seen, and treated as an adult

  • I value going slow, taking breaks, and respecting the capacity of the group
